  • Manages Financial Information System accounts and reports for extramural funds
  • Insures compliance with cost accounting standards
  • Insures compliance with university and agency regulations and guidelines
  • Advises and trains staff and faculty on extramural fund issues
  • Manages indirect costs, letters of credit, and personnel activity reports
  • Manages agency billlings and accounts receivable
  • Creates and submits agency and UCOP reports
  • Assists with internal and external extramural funds audits
