Payroll payment options

Here are the ways you can receive a payroll payment:

  • Direct Deposit Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
    • The easiest and most secure way to receive payment.
    • Payment is deposited in your bank account the morning of the published pay date.
    • Your Earnings Statement for each pay period is available online three days prior to the pay date on At Your Service Online. Selecting this option eliminates worries about lost, stolen, or forged payroll checks.

  •  Paper Check
    • Only for employees who do not have a bank account or are in the process of enrolling in Direct Deposit Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
    • Paper checks are delivered on pay day (in the campus mail) to the address specified by the employee in the Payroll Personnel System. Contact Campus Mail Services for questions about addressing.
    • Least secure option - replacement of lost or stolen checks takes about two weeks to process.
Setting up direct deposit

Submit the following to setup direct deposit:

  • Voided check from the account to which you want your pay deposited
  • Completed Direct Deposit Authorization Form
  • It takes at least one payroll cycle to confirm your bank information. You will receive a paper check until the setup is confirmed.
Earnings statements

Your Statement of Earnings will be available for viewing on the AYSO website as early as three calendar days before, and up to 18 months after payday.

Access Your Statement on the Web

Once you have an AYSO account, perform the following steps:

  1. Sign in to the AYSO web site to display the menu of services.
  2. Under the Income & Taxes section, select Earnings Statement. A list of paydates appears.
  3. Select the paydate that you want to review and your earnings statement appears.
  4. Follow instructions on the AYSO site to print or save your statement on your local computer.

Request Paper Statement

  • If you are unable to access online earning statements, you may request a paper version.
  • Requesting a paper statement means you will NOT be able to view your statement online.
  • To request a paper statement or revoke a prior paper statement request, complete the
