Payroll Deadline Schedules & Calendars 

The Payroll Office publishes the PAYROLL DEADLINE SCHEDULE, notifying the department of the dates involved in the time reporting process, which are:

  • Schedule Number
  • Month and Pay Cycle 
  • Payroll Release Date
  • Date CLOSED for OPTRS entries for designated cycle
  • Repetitive deduction forms due to Payroll Office
  • Timesheets sent to Service Centers
  • Timesheets Due in Payroll
  • Compute Date
  • Open OEU period
  • Closed OEU period
