Approved Charter Bus Services
Departments must hire pre-approved bus charter service providers from the list below. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of University employees and guests and to reduce risk to the University. These bus companies have provided proof of adequate insurance and have been approved by the University for student organization usage. Please contact the bus company directly for a written proposal for reservations and cost information. All bus charter proposals must be submitted at least four weeks in advance to the PSCS office using the CruzBuy Vehicle Rental/Charter form.
