Introduction to CruzBuy
Introduction to CruzBuy is a two-hour instructor-led training that offers an overview of CruzBuy’s profile, search documents, and shopping experience. At the end of the training, a quiz will be launched to help users increase their knowledge of CruzBuy. The course covers:
- Procurement Resources
- Overview of CruzBuy features (Left Navigation, Profile, Action Menu)
- Shopping (Hosted Catalogs, Punchouts and Forms)
- Various components of a requisition
- Difference between a requisition and purchase order
CruzBuy Beyond Basics
Beyond Basics is a two-hour instructor-led training that covers the various features of CruzBuy. Topics include time-saving features such as favorites, tools, and shortcuts. The course covers:
- Profile Management
- Favorites
- Order Search Features
- Mixing Various Forms
- eQuote Retrieval
- How to add FOAPAL strings and splits
- New Supplier Onboarding
