Introduction to CruzBuy Introduction to CruzBuy is an instructor-led training that offers an overview of CruzBuy’s profile, search documents and shopping experience. The second half of the training is hands-on exercises. These exercises help to develop an understanding of navigating CruzBuy. The course covers: - Procurement Resources
- Overview of CruzBuy features (Left Navigation, Profile, Action Menu)
- Shopping (Hosted Catalogs, Punchouts and Forms)
- Various components of a requisition
- Difference between a requisition and purchase order
CruzBuy Beyond Basics Beyond Basics is an instructor -led training that covers the various features of CruzBuy. Topics include, time saving features such as favorites, tools and shortcuts. The second half of the training is hands-on exercises, to help develop in-depth knowledge of CruzBuy. The course covers: - Profile Management
- Favorites
- Order Search features
- Mixing Various Forms
- eQuote Retrieval
- How to add FOAPAL strings and splits
- New Supplier Onboarding
Please note: The Scotts Valley Center training location, at 100 Enterprise Way in Scotts Valley, has restricted access. Attendees for trainings held at that location should gather in the main lobby 5 minutes before the training begins. Participants do not need a parking pass, but should park in Visitor Parking.
